I had a problem with a speaker that got damaged during shipping and contacted the seller to let them know and right away the seller wanted to resolve the issue. The speaker housing has two coax speakers but one got damaged the seller had a newer version of the coax speaker which he shipped to replace the damaged speaker which sounds amazing. Many eBay sellers don't have that quality these days.
