Ad specifically said the pictures were from the radio I was buying. Turns out they lied. Not even a from a RAM truck but a Jeep Cherokee. When I submitted a return they responded with we sent the wrong radio but appears they don't even have the radio that was listed on the ad... Don't waste your time buying from these scammers. You wont get the part you purchased. CHECK SERIAL NUMBERS.

Yes, I did inadvertently pack the wrong radio but offered to send the correct one. I paid for the return and issue a full refund. Also the serial number has nothing to do with the function of the radio. God bless you
