Got the bike on time, seller is bad with communication I had a few easy extra questions before buying and they never got back to me so I took a chance and bought it, the bike was either new or never ridden most likely because you cant put air in the back tire - a new valve fixed it, some deep scratches, some small rust and some bubbling paint like it was in a damp location for a while, all in all the bike is good enough, a good not great transaction
