Purchased a set of wheels, they were packaged extremely well and shipped extremely fast. The description of the item was convincing enough that they were in "like new" condition with less than 200 miles on them. The items I received are in "good" condition, there is blotchy paint on the wheels which wasn't pictured, and faded clear center caps that were falling apart.
