Ich habe Ihnen in einer Schritt für Schritt Bildanleitung erklärt, wie das Gerät funktioniert. Darauf sind sie leider nicht eingegangen. Die richtige Bedienung ist wichtig! - Das Gerät war ungebraucht und hat bei Paketaufgabe einwandfrei funktioniert.- Da es nur einen einfachen Elektromotor und Kassettensensor hat, ist auch eine Fehleranalyse recht einfach. Ich habe Ihnen empfohlen bei Hermes zu reklamieren, sollte das Gerät tatsächlich kaputt gegangen sein. Bitte Bedienungsanleitung lesen!
