Seller notes: “Vintage Items, Not Tested. These are the internal platter & motor modules that have been removed ... “Vintage Items, Not Tested. These are the internal platter & motor modules that have been removed from antique, Priam branded industrial hard drives. These hard drives have been sitting in a barn untouched for decades. The remaining circuit boards and chassis have been removed leaving only this internal platter module. We removed the clips to inspect one sample of the many modules we have, and the platters are immaculate, so there may be a chance of data being recoverable off them; see photos for details. All units have a piece of paper printed in the mid 1980s attached that was the last test done on the drives; it appears they were functioning prior to being forgotten in a barn for 25+ years. The unit shown open is an example to show the platters condition internally, all other units sold will remain sealed. We have multiple of these but are listing one first to check interest. With almost no other 14” hard drives on the market, don’t miss out.”
