Piccolo was in good condition overall. I'm not sure it was new though. There are brown spots inside the head joint below the embouchure hole as if moisture caused some oxidation. The tenon cork is black and not the typical color of a cork. The item did not come in factory packaging. It seems as if the instrument has been sitting somewhere for a while. Even so, the piccolo is works well.
