I am so disappointed. The whole order was messy.it still showing it has not shipped,yet it has been delivered for days. This status makes it difficult to request a return or refund. I did.contact seller through messaging. Response was slow then ok.again poor. 2 part order, a book with CD and a DVD set. 1. The wrong book was sent. 2. The DVD set was a mess. Missing DVDs and 2 are not working. I to keep messaging.now the incorrect status states cases closed. Buyer beware. So sad and disappointed

I did my best to meet this buyers needs. Case was opened and closed by the buyer, I tried to issue refund, was not able to due to case being closed. Asked also if I could mail to personal address, and that was declined, feedback revision also was declined.
