    Shipped me piston rings with rust. Appears chrome chipped off and rust occurred. Seller should have inspected parts before shipping. He also told me I should have cleaned off the rust and used them. I had to file with Ebay for a refund. Wasted 2 weeks wait time for another order from a different seller.
