Purchased the one pound option and got two healthy potatoes with a sprout or two on each one and a few eyes showing a nub to the start of a sprout. Total weight of both potatoes probably come out about a pound and a half, havent weighed them yet but telling by size and feel of em in my hand, i can say these were worth it. thanks!
