Doll had marks on face and head, parts of the dolls face and ears looked as if something had stuck against it melted into the plastic leaving indentions none of this was disclosed in the pictures or the listing. Shipping ran late but that's due to USPS, I was really excited to receive this doll only to be extremely disappointed.
