Avoid this seller. I ordered 3 lamps one arrived damaged (obviously not their fault) I asked for a return and this is where they got difficult. They offered 10% back which I declined then 20%, 30% and so on, seemingly dragging the process on for some unknown reason. Then refused to give me a postage label even after I asked eBay to step in. eBay ended up giving me a full refund. Was all so unnecessary, they really worked hard to make sure they got this negative feedback and it was well deserved!
