received carbon fiber bicycle in a makeshift "box" made of various small boxes taped together. Seller's alleged protection of the frame consisted of fragile sticker, and shrink wrapping and random pieces of cardboard and foam which were loose in the box upon unpacking. Inadequate packing despite seller's assertions otherwise. Upon requesting reimbursement of shipping cost, seller refused without offering any alternative remedies.
