I did not received the item the shipping was messed up as it went to another state. When I contacted the seller they were very gracious and quick to process a complete refund. I indicated I would still be interested in the product if it was returned and the seller stated they would let me know if they got the item back.

I ordered a chain mortiser after waiting two weeks the tracking said my package was out for delivery 2000 miles away! The post office told me name was correct on the package but the address was completely wrong! When I contacted the seller And told them they need to contact the post office and have it rerouted to my actual address they just refunded me no explanation! I didn’t want the refund. I wanted the product I ordered and waited two weeks for already! Now I have to wait for the refund! Run
