Item arrived, but didn't realized the ribbon was frayed, I should have paid better attention to pics, as it was not mentioned in listing. Also, decor on one napkin ring was detached and shifting around in the box. Had to hot glue it back on. Seems to have worked, but can't fix the frayed ribbon. But it arrived quickly and hopefully the glue will hold.

This was a replacement for a friend of mine We when these cups were at Starbucks, we each purchased one for each other and hers got broken so when I got this for her, it came in like two days. It was amazing.
