Item never arrived. Messaged with seller and they did reply politely, but in what they said, there wasn't really any sense of them taking any real responsibility.. no mention of chasing the postal service, and when I mentioned a refund, they failed to respond completely from there on.
In the end asked eBay too step in, and received refund from eBay.
Presuming it was mailed, one can't hold the seller responsible if item gets lost, but at least get serious about doing something about it.
