Beautiful, lightweight pipe fits comfortably in hand, cleans easily, and smokes well (1 filter included). Fully matches description (new). However, delivery was delayed at customs (had to deal with local customs myself). Disappointed by minor defects (photo): chip on the bowl, crack on the stem, scratch buy I have asked the seller to check before shipping!!!! While the damage is minor(i hope ,its my first pipe), the price is quite high!!!!! I would rate the quality of product 4.3/5
