Used toaster oven was mostly cleaned and worked. Pizza pan was missing, but I was told it was not in the pictures. The door scraped; that was a minor thing for me. The oven buzzed / hummed much more than usual when in use, and this irritated me. I did not like it. After returning it, I got only half of my money back because of shipping. I think describing the condition of the product may not help sales, but it would greatly benefit buyer satisfaction.
