These heels are fabulous!! I Love the stacked heel too !! The heel taps are dry, and they shattered from the nail when I walked in them. I however, repair high heeled shoes. I have a container with just spare heel taps in it, and I pulled the nail out of each heel and hammered in a new tap on each shoe :) I love repairing heels :)
