I received the item a day late which I assume was a courier delay? At first glance I was very pleased with the strimmer, but on further inspection there was a nut missing from the handle, I had one so fitted it. When first using the machine the spool head came off within minutes of work? I inspected to fine the thrust plate missing, so not leaving positive feedback for these reasons, but I also wouldn’t leave negative as main item is good. I messaged seller, but no response.
