      The remote control is not of good quality. Buttons are very mushy. My biggest issue is the On\Off button, sometimes it does not work. I have to get up and walk over to the Sound Processor and manually turn it on. The main reason I got the remote. Then it will operate properly for some time then go on the blink again. FYI, not a battery problem! Another issue is the volume buttons delay , I have to press down the buttons for several moments for the sound to start to increase or decrease.
