The very next day I received an email with a brief and disappointing message that my purchase had been cancelled. The reason was (Pick one) "Out of stock or damaged". Although I received my money back, there was no personal communication, just an automated chose which ever makes you feel good answer. I would expected a more personal approach like a crazed homeless person broke in after my purchase and destroyed the item, but not the response I received.
