Seller didn't put the right postage on package (used a priority box with ground shipping pymt.) Asked for the ~$6 shortage. Was told basically, no-- that trying to save me money in shipping 'backfired'. Sorry, but I consider the shipping price when bidding and was not expecting to pay more in the long run.
