I informed seller that I would be returning item back to him but he kept stalling asking me to send pictures etc which I forwarded. However, I paid to send item back to him but he hasn't responded. Would like a full refund

The buyer requested a return although I don't offer returns unless the item is not as described. I considered accepting the return and requested photos. The photos sent by the buyer reflected significant shelf wear while the item I sent had virtually no shelf wear. I declined the return. This is simply a case of buyer's remorse.
