I contacted the merchant without a response. my fault was that I did not use the product immediately. The problem with the StriVectin Intensive Illuminating Serum is that is that the product smells horrible. It smells rancid like it has been ages since manufactured. It has a brick color, but mainly the smell. I cannot put this putrid cream in my face. Too bad that it is still being sold.
