Item was not the last one in stock as indicated but had to be hand made.
Due to staffing / production problems because of the sad loss of one of their craftsmen I was still waiting for dispatch six weeks later, I therefore had to request a refund as I wanted the pendant for my wedding anniversary.
The refund was issued the following day, communication was very good throughout and seller was professional.
