I did not receive the correct item. I ordered right hand and received left hand. I started a return the same day through the ebay return process. Easy enough. I needed it soon so I ordered another same day from a different vendor. Original seller contacted me next day and offered a quick replacement but I'd already reordered. It was a simple right vs left mistake. No biggie, just not perfect.
