The machine didn't meet our expectations but nothing wrong with the seller, the machine didn't meet what the manufacturer advertised. I tried to return this to the seller with a 25% restocking fee. He agreed initially but then changed his mind after he found out the packaging was disposed of.

Buyer wanted to return a Brand New item that just didn't work for their needs. We initially agreed to take it back but last minute was told that the critical packaging was thrown away. We simply can't accept incomplete returns. The item is big and needed the packaging to transport safely if we were to resell it. Even Best Buy with millions of dollars will refuse returns if it doesn't include packaging. We are a husband and wife team & work hard, but please don't take advantage of us.

BUYER HAS BEEN IN POSSESSION OF THE PROJECTOR FOR OVER A MONTH BEFORE INFORMING US OF ANY ISSUES. THIS IS A HIGH VALUE ITEM AND WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THE BUYER TO HAVE TESTED THE UNIT IN A TIMELY MANNER. ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED WHILE HE'S HAD IT..... ALSO, HE JUST SENT A MESSAGE A FEW HOURS AGO AND WE HAVEN'T HAD A CHANCE TO RESPOND YET BEFORE GETTING A NEGATIVE... IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.
