I recently purchased a NOCO jump box that was listed as new, but upon arrival, it was completely non-functional. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the seller for assistance, responses were not only delayed (Taking three days in between messages) but also unhelpful. The seller refused to facilitate a return or offer any viable solution to address the issue with the defective product.
