The item was listed as new. It absolutely is not new - the buckle part has a piece that was replaced and the replacement part is not the same color or quality of the original. Also the size of the belt is not 38 as described. The posting was at minimum misleading and outright not truthful.
The seller doesn’t accept returns and as such will be leaving a review with the details above. I will pursue a refund via my credit card or if eBay is able to would be willing to explore that as an option
