Item arrived as described. Postage cost seemed excessive. I did ask seller about it but they said it was priced up as part of their service for packaging the card and sending it along with pictures of confirmation. However no pictures were sent and it was packaged the same as all pokemon cards are so I couldn't really see anything that justified the excessive delivery fee
