But the thing does not work and the seller says he doesn’t take returns.

No contact made from buyer in regards to item not working, item was brand new in box and sealed. No oppurtunity to resolve. On checking Buyers left feedback history it appears to show a pattern of leaving negetive reviews for items purchased that are brand new, stating they don't work. Seems odd to have so many brand new items from different sellers that dont work
