I ordered a frameset and after reseiving the item, I noticed that the bottom bracket shell had a bonding issue. I contacted the seller and they answered very quickly. They offered to send another frame as replacement or generous discount. I took the discount since I still had use for the fork and headset. I think the seller handled this issue very well and I was very pleased for the overall service that they gave me. I would still recomend them and rate them 10/10.
