While the information displayed here is showing that my parcel has been shipped to my primary address...Cape Verde, and a tracking number provided, the seller on the other hand, via his inbox, says he cannot deliver to Cape Verde. He requested for an alternative delivery address and phone number, which I have also provided there. So, why these conflicting messages. Which one I follow. Please, note that this purchase was made since the 18th.
