Seller notes: “Vintage Marine Ship or Boats Mechanical Alarm Wall Clock Very Good Working Order.This is a small ... “Vintage Marine Ship or Boats Mechanical Alarm Wall Clock Very Good Working Order.This is a small brass cased mechanical wall clock with alarm, made specifically for use on a small boat, barge or ship.The base of the dial is marked 'Made In Great Britain', though barely visible.The brass outer case is round cylindrical, flared to the back for wall mounting, and seems to be a secondary casing for the clock itself.The back is roughly 5 5/8" in diameter, the outer face is about 4 5/8" diameter.It has a depth of about 2 2/8-2 3/8" inclusive of acrylic glass and back mounts.I am guessing the clock actually slots or screws into this brushed brass outer casing from the front, as the opening at the back allows only for time adjustment, and setting of the alarm, as well as having labels for shipping forecasts & maritime radio stations stuck to the slotted mounting brackets.I have not attempted to dismantle it, though I had wondered if the outer ca....................”
