transaction was great--the pull out handle support broke first time using it. did not overload it-it has plastic supports with a small screw/rivet--the rivets broke or cam off-now handle is very loose-especially when navigating through the airport. I had an Old Delsey Garment bag for over 10 years-- the pull out handle still works the rest of the bag is destroyed from the baggage handlers--thats why I purchased this one--Very dissatisfied .
