I feel the packing was inadequate, wrapping of a couple of layers of cardboard and that wrapped in plastic. It arrived with the fork ends poking out and not blocked. Description said seat post was to be included and it was not. I got no reply after messaging asking to please send the seat post. I measured the rear drop outs at 116 mm, not the 120 mm claimed.
