No HDMI out was written with a white chalk on one of the listing photo. However, seller decided not to mention it in the description even though he knew it that HDMI out doesn't work. No big deal, I used a $15 HDMI 1:2 splitter to send the HDMI signals to the receiver and TV. All audio channels of this receiver are working fine.
