I was bidding on the item and was outbid, the winner retracts his bid, by default eBay passes the puck to me, I had already found it elsewhere for my max bid. I asked to cancel and then the owner starts threatening me with negative feedback and then asks if I'll do it for $325 or he'll report me? Makes me wonder if he was using a friend to drive the costs up then retract. Shady, had to screen shot everything and send it to eBay to get canceled since the poster would only respond with threats.
