The shoes were cute but a bit small. I wrote the seller to see if i could exchange for a larger size which they had .The seller never responded ignored my email. They do not do returns but never said anything about an exchange for the same item. A response would have been polite at least. Be aware you might never hear back. Not the best client follow up etc. would not purchase again.
