I can confirm that the seller did provide a full refund, however my issue is that I purchased this item and waited indoors a full week and waiting right up until the last day of expected delivery for this to come and then was sent a message on the last expected day by the seller to say was faulty. I feel this was poor communication on the seller s side, not letting me know this product was faulty until the last day I was expecting it to arrive after having to wait in for this.

I apologised for the delay when a full refund was given just four days after purchase (11th - 15th April) after looking into a repair which proved to be uneconomical. The tracked postal service advertised always gives exact progress so would have shown dispatch had not been made. My feedback of twenty-four years plus on eBay shows this to be a rare situation.
