I bought 2 cases of cards for $2,000. They arrived open and damaged. Seller wouldn't accept the return so ebay stepped in and allowed it. The seller now has the product and will not refund. He originally said to wait for ebay to make a ruling, well they have and he still won't give me my $2,000 back. So he now has both the product and my money.. that's a thief. I've given him many chances to make this right as I think blasting people on reviews is petty but he brought this on himself.

Buyer did buy 2 cases from me and there was nothing wrong with them when I shipped them out. Only thing I can think of is that he misread the listing and thought they were the new donruss OPTIC cards that just came out. I'm sure he tampered with the boxes to force a return since I don't accept returns for items like this. If I was a thief, I would've closed my account after the sale. eBay gave him a refund a day after it was delivered, So no I'm not a thief and here I am still selling stuff here
