Seller sent my RARE, hard-to-find, expensive purchase to another buyer, and I received the other buyer's cheap card. Seller was unable to retrieve my purchase, I had to return the cheap item in order to receive a refund. It was an honest mixup I'm sure, however their carelessness cost me the opportunity to add to my collection, and I believe they could have tried harder to get in contact with the other buyer.

The other buyer purchased/shipped through a fulfillment center, so despite me messaging/calling them, I was out of luck when it came to getting into contact with them, but I did give it my best shot. Buyer was given a full refund, plus the price of the return label. 100% an honest mistake on my part, I had multiple packages going out on the same day, and I mixed up 2 of the shipping labels. Apologized at length to the buyer. Unfortunately, mistakes happen, and I'll have to double check my work.
