A little slow on the shipping, but otherwise a great buy! Beads were as advertised in a variety of shape and color. I love that they were individually bagged by bead style and color. (Less work for me to do) The package was also packed tight with additional pieces of bubble wrap to prevent damage to the Everything arrived in perfect shape, no damage. Good seller that I will gladly purchase from in the future.

I appreciated the fast shipping, well packaged items, and the number of bags as per the listing. However the quality and weight (too light) of the beads in quite a few of the bags overall was slightly disappointing/not what I was expecting. But still a nice experience buying.

I'm so sorry you aren't happy with your order. Did you receive less than 40oz? The 3rd paragraph of this auction's item description is where I list the approximate weight you can expect to receive as 2.5lbs, or 40oz. Before leaving for shipment, your beads and supplies weighed the promised 40oz (2.5lbs) when calculated on my scale.If your package is underweight, that is puzzling to me, unfortunate and unfair to you. I'd be happy to make up the difference in ozs of beads and send that over.
