I replied to this person immediately , so that's the first lie, I explained that this was happening quite often but his parcel was still in transit and even contacted the post office to send him a link to the correct tracking information. International shipping problems are not a reflection on my shop and my services, dont act like a spoilt child when things dont go your way and act with some dignity like an Adult
