The item worked and was without defect. The buyer provided pictures from the listing when they requested the return and did not provide any details regarding why it did not work once it was received. I have tried corresponding with the buyer and did not receive any further detail. They are trying to say it did not work to get a full refund for a product that they paid for and received.
