I apologize for the shipping delay. We drop ship these from Ingersoll Rand after receiving an order. We advertise a longer lead time because of this. Unfortunately, Ingersoll Rand was out of stock at the time of order. This was the reason for the delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

We offered a return and refund to the buyer. Buyer refuses to return the item but insists on a refund. Wanting both the item and a refund, I would beware of selling this buyer anything in the future.
The item purchased needs to be installed and calibrated to the machine using an OEM calibration weight. It's not a plug and play device. This should be done by a Robinair Trained Professional.
