Seller couldn’t be bothered to ship after seven days. Amazingly seller sent a message within minutes of opening case with eBay complaining about effecting their seller rating. Shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this is not true. buyer messaged after 3 days and demanded a refund. Item was not late. I offered to ship right away or issue them a refund. They didn't respond and opened a case. I messaged again and asked why they would open a case unnecessarily when I offered to refund them. I asked them to close the case because it does adversely affect seller ratings and was unnecessary, and still offered to refund them, and did. No response except for this dishonest version of what happened.
