Ich habe das Paket mit DHL (versichert und getrackt) versendet. Ich habe dem Käufer die Tracking Nummer gegeben. Das Paket konnte 2 mal von DHL (laut Tracking Liste) nicht zugestellt werden und der Käufer wurde informiert, dass es in der Postfiliale zur Abholung bereit liegt. Nachdem das Paket fast 2 Wochen in der Postfiliale liegt eröffnet der Käufer einen Fall, weil er das Paket nicht erhalten hat. Daraufhin weiße ich ihn darauf hin, dass das Paket in der Postfiliale liegt. Unfreundlich???
