Seller charged 20 percent, over 10$ shipping and it was not even priority. Then gave me a 5 paragraph statement on how ‘others’ charge extra to recoup eBay fees. Then indicated she had 27 yrs selling and went on and on and on how eBay charges for shipping. There was no reasoning with seller. They wanted extra money from sale so they charge 2$ package fee ; it ended up as I stated being 20 percent of item cost although seller said it was 10 percent. seller would not ship for less I requested
